I've been looking at a lot of the strike_witches nontraditional_miko pics that we have (and some of the official art as well), and after looking up the wiki entries on several (Japanese) armour types, I think that what they do tend to wear would be suneate and kurokote on top of their (tabi?) legwear and under their uniforms respectively.
I have also noticed that some artists (like in post #1766530) tend to draw the kurokote as being in three pieces (neck/shoulders, and forearms) rather than one single piece. Either way, should they be tagged as wearing suneate and kurokote?
