This Pivix encyclopedia entry on にゃっこ has raised some questions to me about the Fuurin Rei character whose creation is attributed to tomoyan (nyakkoya). I can't really read much Japanese, but a machine translation suggests that the character was possibly plagiarized from a card game. It seems the original character from the card game is called 白虎ブランシュ and that references to the character supposedly created by tomoyan (nyakkoya) have been redirected to that character.
This is just my speculation based on what little I can understand from the machine translation and the fact that tomoyan (nyakkoya) closed their pixiv account, so I would like the opinion of someone who can fully understand the articles. If the character was really plagiarized then the character wiki should be updated and probably renamed.
