Tag alias: shaded_eyes -> shaded_face

Functionally identical, with both wikis describing the same concept.

I have been tagging shaded_eyes when the shading is on less than half of the face, and shaded_face when the shading appears to be ~3/4 of the face.

But I realize this is subjective, and given that they may be inconsistently applied in general, it may be best to alias them...
