I'd say yes. She looks absoluetly tiny there, and the pose emphasizes it. Very little breast development, kinda stubby arms, etc. Could be art style as much as an intent to draw her young but the visual effect is loli enough.

post #524378: Debatable, but I don't think so. It's mostly the over-sized head making it look that way; the body itself has teenage proportions at least.
