Strong suspicion of multiple artists are using AI art models based on Mikozin's style:

Lastly, gu_meng_yin has multiple artworks that go as far as using the exact same faces from some of Mikozin's pieces:

These artists could also be simply inspired by Mikozin, and I may be unfairly accusing them of using AI.

The timing and art history of these artists raising some flags for me, and I hope I can get some additional thoughts on this.

I don't think these two are. They have illustrations from before AI was prevalent so they at least have some artistic capabilities of their own.

No idea about the other two. gu meng yin in particular looks similar enough to be img2img along with other oddities like the two straps on only one side of the bikini on post #11728104.

His stuff looks mostly human, but then there's this on https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/145075440

I'm almost certain that this guy is either ai-assisted or ai-generated, but I can't find a similar artefact in any of his other works myself, so I would like a second or third opinion.

I think this guy is completely human. The text there and in pixiv #147144844 are strange, but I'll give them the benefit doubt and guess it's just because they're Korean. I also don't see any other problems in their art.

post #11766152 newer artist that joined Twitter in 2024. High output of fully rendered art with backgrounds and multiple characters. This one example seems particularly bad, lots of mistakes on the floral pattern in the kimono, weird blurry line in the carpet like the carpet has been thoroughly damaged. Seems like ai-assisted by using an AI to sharpen the original reference image and draw Mirko over it?

Yeah, I think you're right on this, but I'm not sure if it qualifies as ai-assisted. Assuming the original photo isn't AI, and it looks like AI was only used for upscaling or sharpening, does that count? Someone added ai-referenced, which I don't think is really accurate.

It's a weird case since the reference image is 100% AI but I think just sharpening the image was used. Not sure what to think of this one.
