Spiked tags consistency

BUR #61853 has been rejected.

create alias spike_piercing -> spiked_ear_piercing
create alias spike_ball -> spiked_ball
create alias spike_ball_hair_ornament -> spiked_ball_hair_ornament

Only those three tags start with "spike" instead of "spiked."

Not all spike piercings are spiked ear piercings. Some eyebrow piercings or nipple piercings.

The bulk update request #61853 (forum #452090) has been rejected by @evazion.

BUR #61899 has been approved by @evazion.

create alias spike_ball_hair_ornament -> spiked_ball_hair_ornament
