BUR #61891 is pending approval.

create alias china_dress -> qipao

"China dress" (チャイナドレス) is a wasei-eigo term not used anywhere else besides Japan and was later back-corrected to "Chinese dress" in the otaku cultural sphere and hentai sites. It's technically ungrammatical and even the wiki says "... more properly called a cheongsam (Cantonese) or qipao (Mandarin)" and it sticks like a sore thumb in the chinese_clothes wiki which uses correct Chinese terms for other Chinese clothes especially the male version which is changpao. We don't use wasei-eigo for any other tag; we use computer over pasokon, laptop over note_pasokon, french_fries over fried_potato, gas_station over gasoline_stand, etc. and there's no reason to make this an exception. The alias from trap to otoko_no_ko was reverted in order to 1. use native English terms over foreign ones 2. preserve gender symmetry with reverse_trap. The same logic applies here. You might say "there's no confusion in practice" but the reason is not for disambiguation but for consistency. There's no confusion with otoko_no_ko either but the alias was reversed regardless (in fact trap could spawn more confusion with the object).
