Her KHWiki page claims her name in Japanese is アンジェリック・アンバー, which is backed up by the manga concept art there. There is no mention of "Mysterious Onyx" anywhere on the page. There are videos of her boss fight on the Internet referring to her as "Mysterious Onyx" so it's still valid as an alternative name, but I have no idea where that name came from.
