I'm not sure where you got that specific height from, it's not in the wiki I see.
And the distinction between loli and petite is admittedly somewhat vibes-based in a lot of cases, but proportions and curves generally matter more than one specific height.
In these specific cases, Kisaki looks both a little taller than darkness due to her head-to-body ratio and also seems slighty curvier.
Of course Kisaki also often falls into loli depending on how artists draw her.
