I know there's an ongoing discussions about superhero implications, but these ones should be fine, just alternate versions of the respective main tags. The only ones I didn't include were Heat Wave (no tag for mainline Heat Wave yet), and Grodd (feels wrong to have it imply Gorilla_grodd when he's a small monkey here).
This also made me realise that Scarecrow is qualified as Batman rather than DC. I should probably fix that in another BUR since it's not the only one.

BURs that have 5 or more votes can't be edited anymore because we kept having the problem of BURs with high vote counts being edited to be something completely different than the original proposal, so the votes weren't really clear anymore - we'd have completely sensible BURs with high downvote counts because it was the original BUR that was bad. Your only option now is for an admin to edit it or to reject and recreate it.
