create implication holding_own_x-ray -> x-ray
The favgroup contains a few posts tagged x-ray film, its wiki says it’s different from x-ray.
There’s also images tagged x-ray vision or x-ray phone. I don’t know if all these tags should be kept separate from eachother or not, some posts make them overlap. At the moment x-ray isn’t implied by any of them (only related discussion I could find is topic #9734).

That's fair, I've removed the implication from the BUR. I don't think the tag should be split up between vision, film, phone etc. as that would fragment the tag too much and there are plenty of posts that don't fit in any (e.g. post #9175174).
