We also have chest jewel, face jewel, hand jewel, etc, that would need to be aliased too.

There are also a bunch of Mega Man and Ultra Series posts under this tag that I don't know if they should count as gems.

A bunch of these tags appear to be duplicates for brooch, like collar jewel and choker jewel.
We also have pendant choker and pendant collar... what a mess

Basically any small aesthetic object on a forehead is called a forehead jewel, I don't know if someone looking for gems really wants to see every post with, say Espeon or Zero (Mega Man).

I know this might be a bit niche or off-topic, but currently, devices like Chun-Li's forehead chip (e.g., post #5710386, post #5547164) seem to be commonly tagged as forehead_jewel, even though it is a metal technological mind control chip that neither is a gem nor looks like one.

There are likely other similar non-jewel forehead-affixed devices in other series, such as Kim Possible (Series)(e.g., post #5782655). Should we create a new tag for these devices to distinguish them from forehead jewel?
