Tag aliases for common mega/rockman names

For several of these I'm not sure why we don't already have them, but if there's a good reason they probably deserve a wiki mentioning the problem
dr_light -> thomas_light
dr._light -> thomas_light
dr_wily -> albert_w_wily
dr._wily -> albert_w_wily
rush -> rush_(rockman) - or the other way around, since there's no other "rush"?
forte -> forte_(rockman) - see above
auto -> rightot

I personally favour simply e-tank, but:
e-tank -> energy_tank
e-can -> energy_tank
e_tank -> energy_tank
e_can -> energy_tank

forehead_gem -> forehead_jewel I suppose, while I'm at it. It's a common enough feature in megaman to be related...
I always think of jewels as being part of jewelry, while a gem is just a crystal, so I end up instinctively typing the former instead of the latter.

Gems are crystals that are cut for use as jewelry. That's how the gem tag is to be used, as well (forum #70311), so I'd rather stick with forehead_gem as the main tag.

There's no point in adding a qualifier if it's not being used as the main tag or if it's aliased from the generic tag. Both Rush and Forte should keep the qualifier just for being such simple names.

Also, if energy_tanks are going to be spelled out they should be qualified. It's a generic name that is used in at least one other game that comes to mind, Metroid. Alternatively, it's just kept generic and used where ever applicable and people just add a copyright to their search for specifics.

So you'd prefer forehead_jewel -> forehead_gem? Since the former is the tag in use, while the latter gives no results.

I only added the qualifiers when the tags with them were the tags in use.

And yes, I'd prefer gem be used if it's going to be aliased anyway.

Rush, Forte and Auto are too generic to alias. I moved auto to auto_(rockman).

Forehead gem is probably fine, I don't think it much matters
