The tag doesn't seem that useful. It seems it's just used on when there's a heart on the image and it's hand-drawn rather than typeset in?

The tag doesn't seem that useful. It seems it's just used on when there's a heart on the image and it's hand-drawn rather than typeset in?
It seems to be a mix of characters drawing hearts and hearts similar to drawn ears... etc.
With drawn ears, tail, etc it's obvious what they're used for: simplified body parts or accesories drawn over a character that doesn't have them.
But hearts already are a simplified symbol.
The bulk update request #61068 (forum #445104) has been rejected by @evazion.
