Tongue grab

create alias tongue_grab -> holding_another's_tongue

I saw holding another's tongue today and realized it's the same as tongue grab. (I kinda like the name tongue grab more, but since we want to avoid ambiguities with grabbing one's own vs another's something, it should probably be aliased this way.)

Pulling tongue also exists.

Normally holding is for holding objects and grabbing is for grabbing body parts. We're not always consistent about this but I think grabbing is the better word here.

BUR #60893 has been approved by @evazion.

rename tongue_hold -> holding_with_tongue

Disambiguation and consistency with holding with tail and holding with tentacle.

Pulling tongue could use some cleanup but seems distinct enough from the other two, something like post #9706198 is definitely pulling instead of just grabbing.
