The Novelpia tag is mostly used as an alternative to copyright request. novelpia copytags:1 -copyright_request has about 150 posts, while novelpia copyright_request has 50. novelpia original has about a dozen (why?). As someone who occasionally tries to help with copyright requests, I think this is annoying because they don't come up in searches with copyright request.

novelpia crossover and novelpia company_connection have no results. I think there's a grand total of 3 images on this site with the Novelpia logo: post #7401367 post #10229135 post #10948518. Honestly, the state of Novelpia tagging and general knowledge around here is poor enough that almost no one would recognize a crossover. Even though there are some good uses for the tag, overall I think the current usage does more harm than good.

Also as far as I know, Novelpia doesn't have a mascot that would require the tag, unlike something like Shounen Jump's Journey (Shounen Jump).

I believe they do have some mascot characters. post #7401367 contains characters that seem to appear a lot on their sites in banners and icons, particularly the girl with hairbuns who is currently on the banner of their Global Twitter account. The girl with purple hair in that image is also wearing a hair ornament that is the Novelpia wing logo suggesting she's a company mascot character.
