convert pool:1318 -> in_memoriam

Uncomfortable topic but I think this can be a tag and potentially a base to work off when it comes to reforming how we handle tagging specific passings of individuals as previously brought up in other topics. I don't think initially converting the pool gets in the way of these ideas.

convert pool:Rest_in_Peace -> character_memorial

In memoriam is Latin for "in memory" or "in remembrance" and memoriam on its own isn't an English word, so that would make it "character memory" or "character remembrance".
This name makes more grammatical sense even though it doesn't use the exact same word as the bigger tag.

Alternatively, we could use a qualifier like in memoriam (character), but there aren't any general tags qualified with (character), so that would be confusing in its own way.
