In the official English translations of Urasekai Picnic (Otherside Picnic), the character Urumi Luna is referred to as Runa Urumi, with 'Luna' being reserved for the name she takes in her role as an Internet personality/cult leader of sorts. Online English discussion also seems to prefer Runa and I somewhat agree that there are good reasons to go with Runa (allowing for that sort of aforementioned distinction, though probably not danbooru-relevant).
