San-X is pretty much the same case as Sanrio, a brand that is defined by its mascot characters, with certain characters having their own sub-brands with multiple characters in the same universe. It should function like Sanrio does, with its sub-brands implying the main tag, and miscellaneous characters living in the base tag. Wan Wan Wanco isn't really a character brand but that doesn't matter
