BUR #60051 has been approved by @evazion.
rename ferria_clarisse -> felinia_clarisse
An entire syllable was apparently left out when translating this name (フェリニア・クレアライズ).
There are issues with some of the other characters like swapped names, etc., but the list is very long. I'll go through it later and post any other needed fixes in this topic.
