Pool -> tag: Wow that was fast

BUR #59941 has been rejected.

convert pool:1823 -> wow_that_was_fast

This seems like an objective idea to me, and therefore taggable. I think the pool name works fine as the tag name, but I’d be open to alternatives.

What counts as "fast" is a bit subjective, though. Even the pool description makes it sound vague.

This pool is an interesting concept to document but hard to objectively define. Either way if it were to become a tag, it should almost certainly be in the meta category imo.

I personally was skipping this one for later for a reason. It's too subjective to nail down with ease tag wise, but also too good a concept to not do something for it.

That's why I wanted to focus in on the easy objective tagging concepts before touching these pools, which will require a lot more input overall.

The bulk update request #59941 (forum #441182) has been rejected by @Placeholder1996.

Yeah, not one of my better ideas; I didn't think of the subjectivity of "fast"
