category mimiga -> general
Mimiga are a race of small, bunny-like furries in Cave Story, with a few named characters such as Sakamoto Sue, Toroko and King (Cave Story). It should be a general category, like our other species with distinguishable characters are.

There seem to be a few, yeah. Do they need one? It's not like we have a chartag for generic yordles in pictures like post #11403629 (afaik).

I'm just asking because we have had some cases where we had to make a sub-in chartag for generics like that, such as the MMORPG races (topic #19866), but I doubt that would apply in this case.
