sports_panties implies panties

BUR #59793 is pending approval.

create implication sports_panties -> panties
create alias black_sports_panties -> black_panties
create alias grey_sports_panties -> grey_panties
create alias blue_sports_panties -> blue_panties

Unlike sports_bras, sports panties are still distinctly panties and should be implied. Consequently, I don't think we need separate colored sports panties tags, so I'm proposing they be aliased to the main color tags. There will need to be a little bit of clean-up; some of these are mistagged buruma or even dolphin shorts.

I don’t have a strong opinion on the implication. The aliases though… black panties and blue panties will be among the first tags to appear when typing "sports" in the searchbar. Feels odd. I’d swap the alias with a mass update.

I understand the logic, but it seems a bit odd.

For example, in this image, we treat sports panties as underwear, but not sports bra, even though they're part of the same set.

Considering it's tagged underwear only it does look like the sports bra is treated as underwear here. Unbreakable just said that there are cases where it doesn't have to be underwear, not that it's never underwear.
