It recently came to attention on the discord that there's tag for non drugs being used as if they were drugs like in post #11397466.

I've excluded catnip posts from the favgroup since I don't really think they should count but I'd like to hear more thoughts on this while we're on the topic.

Substance_misuse -drugs

The tag "substance_misuse" does not exist. Is this an alternative name for the tag "fake_drugs"?

Yes and technically can cover drugs too depending on its wiki

Well it should be an act that covers them both as drugs can just be a depicted item

substance misuse just sounds like an ESL tried to make a tag for substance abuse. Plus I don't know why this necessarily woudl need an umbrella.

Pretend drugs would follow the naming scheme of pretend cigarette, though I think improvised_* sounds better.

TBH I actually like this name a lot, since it actually describes the common usecase for this tag (pretending something is drugs), instead of a slightly more generic "fake" or the not-quite-accurate "improvised". Doing it like this because I think fake drugs as a utility alias makes sense still.

Personally I would argue that catnip should be included as long as it's not being used by a cat (or person with cat ears). Like imagine post #11397466 but with catnip instead of matcha. It would clearly have the same implication and meaning. But if she was a cat girl, then it would actually be drugs.
