I'm gonna be honest, the prescedent for contest tagging/pools seems a little all over the place so idk what to do. For these I think it'd be best to make them copyright tags and imply them to Reitaisai working off the prescedent with pixiv contests, but I'm unsure.

Reitaisai 7's pool (pool #1250) isn't technically a contest from what I could gather so idk what to do with it.

The Reitaisai 7 pool can be converted too, it's an objective taggable concept just the same.

The pool name threw me off and the event link was dead. Did some digging and these are the images from the contest, they just happened to be used for a big group illustration hence its name.

According to issue #6342 the convert command doesn't work with copy: etc prefixes, so the BUR will fail.

BUR #59167 seemed to work. Can rewrite the BURs if needs be.
