create alias riding_bicycle -> on_bicycle
remove alias riding_bicycle -> on_bicycle
As the riding motorcycle tag is now implied to on motorcycle tag, the current riding bicycle tag needs to be renamed to on bicycle so the old tag can be re-populated with posts that actually depict the bicycle being ridden while it is on the move. The riding tag will be removed from most posts if it's approved, unless I have to do a separate mass update BUR in the same thread.
