Not generated but obviously traced from something, most likely AI given the style and pose. The mismatch between stiff, amateur brushwork and advanced anatomy, clothing folds and details, perspective and so on is a dead giveaway, plus the drastic jump in quality from their previous art style, only a few months apart.

Beginning with post #11255219, I noticed that Elf's art went through a rather noticable change - the previously messy sketch style seems to have disappeared and the linework has become much cleaner and there is shading in areas that they didn't previously do before. In particular, on post #11344947, the sheen on the bunny suit reminds me of the AI-generated sheen I've seen on generated images - at best, I feel like Elf is going ai-assisted on the bodies of the characters, if not going for fully-generated pieces.

It's not as obvious when the artist can actually draw without it, but there does seem to be some degree of AI involvement in recent images. Look at her left shoulder in post #11291421, the yellow dress trimming splitting in two under hair isn't a human mistake.

Yeah, that post is pretty bad. The trim also splits under one of the fasteners (not sure what their name is) right below the collar, and the fasteners don't have a consistent shape either. There are also melty lines near where the hair passes over the dress on the lower left side (her right). The gold trim doesn't line up from where it is on the breast to where it is on her right side further down. It seems like AI nonsense to me.

The two rightmost bottles move between the second and third panels, feels like a result of inpainting. There's some other very minor differences around her face, like her fingers and the stool (?) in the background, that are slightly different.

I couldn't find anything convincing either way, so I looked at other images they've posted. In twitter #2022627897501192303, the glasses melt into the eyelashes and top of her eye. While it doesn't rule out ai-assisted art, I think there is at least some level of machine input in post #11205553.

Okay, woah what the fuck is up with that stripe on the bow?! As those two komas are variations as you pointed out, why would the stripes be inconsistent? I feel like someone would've caught that in this instance!

Yeah this is why I was so supicious, as I couldn't be convinced one way or the other. At the very least, I suspect AI-assistance, though I think there are mistakes that a human should be able to catch here.

Looks like a real artist to me. There's a lot of small details like strap buckles, earrings, eyelashes and irises that are consistently drawn coherently. post #11320978 is a good example, details like the sharp teeth on the monster character and the overlapping lines on the skirt and tail are very well done. The only thing that really stands out to me are the hands, seem worse in quality then I would expect from an artist of otherwise decent quality. Looking at twitter the style also seems highly consistent between sketch and finished product and from the past to now. I don't think it's AI, just an artist who probably needs to do some anatomy studies.

In that same post, there are other things that stand out to me as GenAI or AI Assisted.

The horns have asymmetrical geometry/line-art that don't make sense, the left-thumb overlaps the tongue coming out from the palm of the hand, the only visible ear is too far away from the side of the head, eyebrows are different with even the left one's eyelid area being more defined than the right's. The tail also isn't "asymmetrical" but happens to change appearances when it transitions from the right-side of the image to the left.

The color swatches included don't seem to make sense either, as three of the four colors are only accent colors within the design and not apart of the color palette. It appears to me to be an attempt at emulation of color swatches by picking random colors. The zoom-ins on the right-handed sample images are also overlayed with some filter to mask the image, which isn't a common practice seen in the rest of the uploads.
