Sure enough, as I kind of expected, I got a sceptical pm from an approver (@Veraducks) shortly after posting.However, looking further at their Pixiv profile, they have some older works and sketches consistent with their evolution in artstyle, which were allegedly drawn in 2020:

None of their works are tagged as AI-generated on there either. Though that doesn't necessarily mean they aren't, I found no further signs of AI usage on their profile or Twitter, so I proceeded with the uploads.I did run the posts through some page-one-on-Google AI checkers, but I also ran some other images through them which I know are not AI which gave false positives, so I am not sure if they are trustworthy.
As I like to go by 'innocent until proven guilty', does anyone care to assist in my investigation? Is this good faith and just unfortunately similar to the AI standard, or an elaborate hoax which I fell for?
