I was surprised to find nothing about the specific torn tag in a forum search. These implications seems logical to me.

I just learned that I'm not allowed to propose "imply torn_clothes -> torn" because that tag would "make up more than 90% of torn", which would absolutely be true. I think it would be about 99%, going from 2k torn posts right now to ~200k.

Alternatively, it's an ambiguous tag. It should be almost entirely torn clothes.

There's also obvious overlap with damaged, especially since damaged clothes is aliased to torn clothes
