create alias ms._stranger_(reverse:1999) -> ms._grace_(reverse:1999)
Aliasing, because I can't tell the difference, and the playable tag is going to be more popular. If there's npc-only depictions of her, we should get a subtag for them.

The playable version (Ms. Stranger)'s costume is different from the NPC version (Ms. Grace)'s costume, and I believe this should be sufficient reason to use subtag.
Furthermore, I think the NPC version (Ms. Grace) should be a subtag or alias, just like Ms. Kimberly to Anjo Nala.
