This tag is being abused by necks being just slightly longer than normal, to a very subjective degree. It was meant to be for necks noticeably longer than normal, like post #11234188, but now it's full of things like post #11232369 and post #11197135 (???).
We could also create absurdly long neck as a subtag for rokurokubi and whatnot after this.
