The implication to a subtag is done because it's specific to the older Bronya Zaychik represented through the Bronya Zaychik (Silverwing: N-EX) tag as one of the few remaining characters who still needs three levels of implications on some tags.

Apparently I never noticed before but the tagging for this character is split into Rin (Honkai Impact) and Yae Rin. There's no need or point distinguishing between two timelines' version of her and, if ever appearing, of her Honkai Gakuen version. The only way anyone would know how to apply them correctly is to canon tag them which is unreasonable to expect people unfamiliar with the series to do, so opting to merge them together.
