remove alias kara_zor-el -> supergirl

They should be separate to differentiate between the different iterations of Supergirl, like there are already for Green Lantern

We need to resolve superheroes vs civilian identities before this can go through (topic #35617).

I'm going to reject this for the sake of concentrating all discussion in that topic. We'll deal with these whenever we start going through all superheroes.
