mass update panther -> black_panther
deprecate panther

I just added the "jaguar" part in panther thinking they were talking about the black panther but i noticed later that black panther exist, but now they are the same thing.

Just as feline is not a tag then panther should be deprecated, which a panther is just a genus under felines (Felidae > Pantherinae > Panthera), from which lions, jaguars , leopards , tigers, and snow leopards are species.

Idk if panther should alias black_panther for practical reasons.

Tan or brown "mountain lions" or "cougers" are also commonly called "panthers"

That's colloquial, taxonomically speaking: Felidae > Felinae > Puma > Puma concolor (cougar).
So they are not panthers.

Not all "panthers" are black.

Yes, as I said, the species are lions, jaguars, leopards, tigers, and snow leopards, and we don't tag them as panthers.
The current panther wiki is flawed and is identical to the black panther wiki, so i assumed they tag panther thinking in the black panther.
We could rewrite panther so we could tag fictional panthers like the pink panther, but excluding the real species.

You are saying that the brown mountain lion is a "jaguar" then? I assure you no one calls them that in North America (that I've ever heard anyway), "panther" is common though.
