This is the wider franchise name of Link! Like! Love Live!, but since it is inextricably linked to the app anyway, an alias would suit it best.
Whether the spaces in "Hasu no Sora" should be kept is another thing entirely, since a lot of places in JP things have them, but in SIF2 it doesn't have any in line with the other school names.

Remember when I said that they were inextricably linked? Well... A TV anime is happening in January 2027, and the app is dying in June 2026. I feel like this is a Nijigasaki situation, if only because they were both linked to a game at first (Love Live! School Idol Festival All Stars), except LinkLike was made for just Hasu, so there's no separating it anyway.

I'm not familiar with Link Like Love Live, but isn't the anime likely to have a slightly different romanization? Like "Hasunosora Girls' Academy" or something, which would follow precedent of no spaces in the modifier, and fully translating ("doukoukai" became "club").
I don't know, we'll cross that bridge when we get there. I'm just following the current website. Nijigasaki didn't actually have that problem either, they were always the Nijigasaki High School Idol Club officially.

A doll tag that I made that will have to be updated as well. It's qualified with a specific copyright because if you look for セガラッキーくじ マスコットぬいぐるみ, you get different designs based on copyright. The school name alone should work, though.
I thought Otter (Hasu no Sora) would be an outlier until I renamed it, but I guess not anymore.

Why are we renaming this? Wouldn't the anime adaptation be a subtag/tagged with this tag anyway?

The anime is technically not an adaptation, it's a follow-up. The game spans three years of activity, covering Hinoshita Kaho's term as so-called "main character", and the anime covers the next year of activity after that. I somewhat see it like Hasunosora's own Honkai Impact 3rd Part 2, except Hasunosora's doing it with an anime instead, since the game is dying off later this year.

Well, yes, the franchise is named after the school. Are we going to make a new tag for the anime, or a tag for the game? Because either way, the Link! Like! Love Live! tag as it is right now (an umbrella for all of Hasunosora, named after the game) is going to be obsolete with the death of the game, because the franchise is moving on without it.
A tag for the game would mean an almost 100% overlap between the franchise tag and the game itself. Kinjo Maika, Reisawa Aoi, and Shinowa Mion, the new "generation" of Hasunosora school idols who will feature in the anime, collectively only have less than 200 posts now, compared to the whopping 33k and counting of the rest. Include Kachimachi Kosuzu's new haircut, and you have about 270.
A tag for the anime would feel like the situation between Arknights and Arknights: Endfield. We'd still have Link! Like! Love Live! (if we're not renaming it) or Love Live! Hasu no Sora Jogakuin School Idol Club (if we are renaming it), and then the new tag Love Live! Hasu no Sora Jogakuin School Idol Club Chapter 2, which would include the above 3 girls plus Kachimachi Kosuzu's new bob, and be implied to the overall Hasu tag, whether it's renamed or not.
