removing third_eye from reiuji_utsuho

mass update third_eye reiuji_utsuho -> -third_eye eye-shaped_gem chest_jewel

Second part of the third eye cleanup that started in topic #35465.

Even after removing the bulk of bad results, third eye is still dominated by that chest jewel in the shape of an eye that looks nothing like the rest of the tag: third_eye reiuji_utsuho has 6k results, half of third eye's current 12k posts. Compare with third_eye -reiuji_utsuho.

We already have chest jewel for this, but we don't have a tag for jewels shaped after eyes, which is not something uncommon in media, so we might as well move these posts to a new tag, eye-shaped gem, so that they don't pollute third eye.

After I created this I realized we also have eye_brooch. We probably want to have everything under the same tag.

What about images where it's shown as an organic eye/not worn over clothes? Like post #1186881

Those should get chest eye, which is currently also polluted by random jewels that look nothing like real eyes.

Creating a whole new tag for this seems weird, since when are big monster eyes not supposed to go in chest eye?

Well, we can try it this way too. This means we won't be able to remove all of these results from third eye.

I wouldn't mind removing third eye from Utsuho's chest eye. While it is technically a third eye, I thought the goal of this cleanup was to have third eye be only for the classical third eye on the forehead, and anything else fall under extra eyes.
But I guess we want to keep third eye for any third eye anywhere on the body and keep the classical third eye on the forehead for the triclops tag? (Although that wouldn't include a mystical third eye like Yami Yugi's glowing third eye.)
