create alias hairpin -> hairclip

Opening from topic #35829 for visibility
We currently have two tags, hairclip and hairpin, that are basically the same tag split apart.

In theory, hairclip was meant to be for something like decorated hairpin or thick hairpin, for ones that have sort of a clip mechanism to keep them in place because they're heavier, and hairpin for the "simple ones", except that

If you open hairclip and hairpin side by side there's basically no difference.

This has been a longstanding issue that even 15 years ago had people confused: topic #5726.

In an ideal world we'd just rename hairclip to hairpin, except that it has half a million posts, and in most cases it's impossible to tell whether there's a mechanism. I'll propose two different burs, one to keep hairclip as main tag, and one to move everything to hairpin. We'll have to unimply claw hair clip regardless, since visually speaking it's a completely different object.

There's then the issue of not being able to distinguish between bobby pin/simple hairpin and ornate ones. At this point, we might as well just use bobby pin for the traditional simple black hairpin, to distinguish them from ornate ones. We might also want to create tags for more styles such as the one worn by Princess Zelda (compare princess_zelda hairpin vs princess_zelda hairclip, same exact result).

In my mind "hairclips" are typically of this snap variety, or the thinner "barrette" variety (that we already correctly alias to hairclip):

"hairclip"
"barrette"

Calling either a "pin" seems incorrect to me

I don't use "hairpin" frequently, but to me it refers to either a bobby_pin, a hair_stick or is otherwise too buried in the hair to really be seen (as in the last example here).

"bobby pin"
"hair stick"
"hair pin"

Normally I'd agree but even the wiki for a hairpin is visually indistinct from what I'd tag for a hairclip

Also while that fugly amber style of hair clip is indeed called a barrette, barrette is also just a general US term for any kind of hair clip just as British people might call them hair slides. I certainly don't think of them as thin, though! They're the thickest and longest hair clips, aren't they?

Yeah what's currently in the wiki for hairpin is not something I'd personally ever call a hairpin.

As for barrettes I think there are huge ones, worn in the back like those large claw clips, but most I've seen are the same size or smaller than the metal snap clips, especially the plastic styles little kids wear. Not speaking British English, I've never heard the term "hair slide".

I'd never consider anything with moving parts a "pin", and likewise, wouldn't call anything without moving or bending parts a "clip".

I do wonder though if what appear to be parallel_hairclips or x_hair_ornament in manga and anime aren't somehow derived from the two tines of a hairpin or crossed bobby pins respectively. They appear to be too thick to be such though as they are commonly depicted, so I always see them as two parallel clips, or x-crossed ribbon respectively.
