Visually similar concepts.

They're different enough to warrant a distinction.

Should be an implication then. spiked penis is already used for this, but it also contains a lot more different things like cat dicks.

Note that studded penis is already aliased to spiked penis.

Also, half of beaded_penis is more like spikes, so I'm doubtful that people can tell a difference, which is why we aliased the other variants in the first place.

I'll do an implication. There's a lot of hidden non-pointy beaded penises in the main tag, and in a lot of cases it's hard to tell when they're pointy enough.
