fixing sock_on_penis / sockjob / penis_in_thighhigh

Trying to figure out these tags gave me an aneurysm. All of these tags are severely mistagged and need gardening.

We also have penis_sheath.

I hate penis in unworn legwear, it sounds like an e621 tag name... But I really can't come up with something better that won't just be mistagged to hell and back. And handjob with legwear sounds weird too.

Cleaned the rest of penis in own thighhigh, most remaining mistags were penis in another's thighhighs.

Are the penis in thighhighs tags meant to be used with sockjobs? Like, would post #6268423 be tagged with penis in another's thighhighs? The old penis in thighhigh tag said it was only for worn thighhighs, so I carried that to the wiki of the "another" variant, but I want to be sure.

Also one tag is singular and the other is plural. Do we pick one form for consistency with both tags? Maybe singular since I haven’t seen a penis being inserted in both thighhighs at once. But a plural -> singular utility alias wouldn’t hurt, just in case.
