Part of the reason for my suggested naming is due to the fact this is a form of censoring, as it completely conceals the breasts and handbra is merely an alias to covering breasts. Hands on breast is a bit broader, and doesn't have imo the "covering" aspect in the naming.
shadow hands is a tag for a different concept. Usually the thing casting the shadow goes first, e.g. penis shadow, window shadow.
I think "hand shadow on breasts" would be better.
