We need new tag for pingu-eyes style
so I will make new tag named moon_eyes
We have solid_circle_pupils and dilated_pupils - but they are about pupils.
We have wide-eyed - but it's not mean circle eyes.
Why the new tag's name should be [moon_eyes]?, why not [circle_eyes] or [round_eyes]?
because some of them are not circle. in case of jitome (example: post #10143014)

moon eyes is a terrible name for it because we already have moon-shaped pupils, etc.
imo circular pupils would be better if they are just solid circle pupils that aren't solid

Full-moon or half-moon shaped eyes.
that's it. this does not consider about pupils.

Just told because unlike post #6506584, the eyes in post #4747263 appear as ellipses without an inflexion point.
circle_eyes (or something similar) sounds like the best way to go. Then if the character has large pupils like Perona or Pingu, you would add dilated pupils and solid circle pupils to cover it
