deprecate wrapped_up
Like the wrapped and wrapping tags before it (both of which are deprecated per topic #35037), wrapped_up is rather vague when we have far more specific tags available. Not helping things is how wrapped_up has seemingly never had a Wiki description defining how it should have been used.
Some examples of wrapped_up in use where more specific tags suffice:
- Characters wrapped in ribbons (post #11137773) - naked ribbon, ribbon bondage, your present is me
- Characters wrapped in a blanket (post #11022065) or in a swaddle (post #3383398)
- Characters wrapped by appendages, e.g. via tail wrap (post #10656857) or by being grabbed by tentacles (post #2032470)
- Characters wrapped up like a mummy (post #10500980)
- Gift wrappings (post #5391640) - we have gift wrapping, wrapping paper, and the like
- Some other bindings (post #8559935 uses caution tape) where bound, restrained, and related tags can be utilized
There are a few more uncommon examples I've found, but I'm left wondering if simply making a more specific tag in these cases would be better:
- post #10204880 - character wrapping themselves in their own tentacles
- post #10819437, post #7924464, and post #10193597 - character trapped/wrapped in vines (make a "vine wrap" tag?)
- post #8741778 - character wrapped in tape
