English to Japanese title aliases

create alias change_123 -> change123
create alias change_hifumi -> change123

It's never had an English release, so there's no official spelling, but Wikipedia lists it as "Change 123" with a space. The "123" is read as "Hifumi", so it's also on some sites as "Change Hifumi", including Mangadex. And I couldn't find it by searching either of those titles :P

I think it'd be better having the main tag as Change 123 as most major sites seem to use it: Anime News Network, Manga Updates, My Anime List, Anime-Planet. The last scanslation group to work on the series, Imagescans, also used Change 123 with a space for the name.

create alias heroine?_seijo?_ie_oruwakusu_maid_desu_(hoko) -> heroine?_seijo?_iie_all-works_maid_desu_(hokori)!
create alias heroine?_saint?_no_i'm_an_all-works_maid_(and_proud_of_it)! -> heroine?_seijo?_iie_all-works_maid_desu_(hokori)!

I'm fixing up the spelling and punctuation of the Japanese title, while also using English transliteration of katakana "All-Works" to be consistent with "Heroine" and "Maid" similarly already transliterated (for what it's worth "All-Works" in English is used for the official Japanese websites ). Sources differ on pronouncing what's in the parentheses, with even Seven Seas's website seemingly getting it wrong. But "hokori" seems to be the correct reading (examples here and here )
