Did being an e-hentai sample doom it? Or is it somehow innately worse than the rest that I'm not seeing?

I’m unsure why some of my uploads keep getting deleted even though they were reviewed by many approvers. Posts like post #11175807, post #11033432, and post #11033483 each were reviewed by 15 approvers yet they got deleted due to being “unapproved in 3 days” and I’m really not sure why.
