create implication crying -> tears
remove implication crying_with_eyes_open -> tears
I noticed that crying with eyes open already implied tears, but crying didn't for some reason, so here's a BUR to fix that. Crying with eyes open already implies crying, so it would imply tears through that, so removing the direct implication to keep it cleaner.
