I would say your first example is partially unbuttoned and the second is unbuttoned.

Yes, honda_mayumi_(amoemo) its ok, we have many original characters with an artist qualifier: Erika_(popopoka), Korone (Kankan33333), Margaret (Yourfreakyneighbourh), .... Make sure to write "char:" before you make the new tag to make it a character tag instead of a regular blue tag char:honda_mayumi_(amoemo)
Bonus points if you make a wiki as well

There's no tag for 100 day challenges, but some are organized with a pool. So if you think it's worth it having a pool for this artist's 100 day challenge, you can create one. That way the posts can also be ordered by their original posting date if they're uploaded out of order.
