On-screen name from today's official announcement. Also renaming the existing placeholder tag since he's not Elation, but Nihility.
I don't think this changes anything besides how the BUR is processed but the tag could also be renamed directly to the proper name and the utility alias could be created after. The tag only travels once this way instead of through two names.
