As an analouge to topic #26143, futa_penetrated might also be a good thing to have indexed, leaving "female_penetrated" as the default.
This would be analogus to how languages are treated, where Japanese is default and all the others have specific tags.
That's what male on futa is for, or futa with futa. We made male penetrated because there was no way to search for it, but futas already have dedicated tags to this concept.
male on futa and futasub should cover this mostly
