The Artemis II mission is part of the Artemis Program.
The same should be done with Artemis III and Artemis IV once those tags are created.

Even as someone deeply interested in space stuff... Yeah I don't think we need subtags for these things. Just group it under Artemis Program and call it a day.
We don't split them for apollo_program so i guess it's fine.
