Why do we need a costume tag for what amounts to an OC? The wiki calls it her military combat uniform but none of the three posts with this chartag have that tagged (nor is her standard uniform tagged with military dress uniform for that matter).
That's not how a standard military combat uniform looks like, it should look like these:

The author personally told me the differences between the two and the fact that the other outfit is meant to be her official combat uniform.

Qualifiers are reversed. The copyright qualifier goes last in a costume implication. The resulting tag should be alpha_(combat_uniform)_(alpha_1918).
That makes sense, how do you make a BUR here?
We don't typically have costume tags for OCs unless they get into thousands of posts. Allowing this would be a slippery slope into a billion implication requests subjected to the whims of any artist or commissioner.
